Guatemala Food: Guacamole
Recipe of Guacamole from Guatemala
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons of chicken broth
3 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes, grated
1 onion, grated
salt
Procedure:
Peel and mash the avocado very well.
Peel the garlic, the onion and the tomatoes and chop them together.
Mix all the ingredients mincing well and add the broth. Mix well.
Serve this with any kind of meat, goes well with fish too.
