Food from Honduras: Poached Eggs with chili Sauce

Honduran Poached Eggs with Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

4 hot hot chilli peppers, better green ones
2 teaspoons flour
¼ teaspoon salt
6 eggs
2 tablespoons oil

Procedure:

Fry the peppers cut into slices in the oil, let them some five minutes, always moving them. Put them and the oil in a pan and let them boil for ten minutes.

Add the salt and the flour, stirring it constantly with a wooden spoon.
Let it get thickened.

Pour the eggs carefully so that each one keeps its own shape, put fire very low and cover the pan until eggs are done. Serve carefully the eggs over the pepper.

This can be served with white rice. It is  so very tasteful.
