Belize Food: Spicy Chicken Wings
Recipe of Chicken Wings with Spicy Flavors from Belize
2 pounds chicken wings
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup grated cheese
3 tablespoons vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
Season the wings with the salt, the pepper sauce and the nutmeg.
Make a batter with the eggs, cornstarch, vinegar and pass each wing through it.
Then pass each wing through the bread crumbs mixed with the grated cheese.
Put them in a baking dish, cover them with foil paper and take it to a hot oven for about 50 minutes.
When 30 minutes passed, uncovered the dish, so that the wings can get brown.
Delicious served with white rice!
